Dr. Gary R. Hollingworth:

Dr. Hollingworth is the Assistant Dean of Admissions at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine. He completed both his medical degree and residency in Family Medicine at the University of Ottawa. Recently, Dr. Hollingworth was appointed Director of Curriculum Content and Chair of the Curriculum Content Review Committee in 2007. 

Dr. Hollingworth will be discussing the medical school admissions process at the University of Ottawa.

Elvin Tan:

Elvin is a third year medical student at the University of Ottawa. He will be discussing life as a medical student, as well as his experiences thus far.

Adam Ray:

Adam Ray has been a member of the graduate faculty at Kaplan Test Prep since 2008. He has been involved with training new teachers and developing Kaplan’s graduate programs, and has worked with hundreds of students to succeed on the MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, DAT and PCAT across Ontario and Quebec. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Adam is now a full-time member of Kaplan’s teaching staff in Ottawa.

Cameron Forbes


Cameron Forbes graduated this past June from the University of Toronto Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy. During his four years of school, he wrote for and helped edit the student magazine, was a member of class council, sang a duet with a professor while playing the banjo, hosted the pharmacy talent show, and was elected valedictorian. He completed his internship at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital, and now works there as a full-time clinical pharmacist.
